PROGRAM OVERVIEW

New Mexico Gas Company is pleased to offer the Efficient Buildings Program to help commercial, school and business customers identify, assess and implement energy efficiency upgrades in their facilities.

The program features financial incentives to help offset the cost of energy efficiency upgrades, as well as technical and consulting assistance to guide you through the process.

New Mexico Gas Company offers three Efficient Buildings Program options for all commercially metered customers.

Depending on your needs, choose the options that are right for you.

Prescriptive Equipment Rebates

Commercial Prescriptive Equipment Rebates help business customers offset the cost of high efficiency equipment for common natural gas end uses such as space heating, water heating and cooking.

Commercial Custom Incentives provide access to expert engineers who recommend projects, including optimization, heat recovery, process improvements and value-added system maintenance, while improving efficiency.

Direct Install

Direct installation of select no-cost natural gas and water-saving devices can add additional energy and cost savings. Devices and their installation provided at no cost.
